The Impact of PCMA v. Mulready
This session will discuss ERISA preemption, the Supreme Court’s ruling in PCMA v. Rutledge, the subsequent ruling by the Western District of Oklahoma in PCMA v. Mulready, various post-Rutledge/Mulready positions of Oklahoma legislative and administrative entities, and Oklahoma laws that might be in-play for ERISA-regulated benefit plans.
