BASIC ESTATE ADMINISTRATION AND PROBATE

This CLE program is for attorneys and paraprofessionals who have little or no experience with the legal procedures to transfer property at death with an emphasis on estate administration and probate. Participants will be provided with sufficient information to be able to settle a simple estate from its start to conclusion. Materials include all the basic forms one needs to file for simple estates.
