Negotiation Strategies, Ethics, and Best Approaches To Using AI
This two-hour credit CLE course provides an overview of proven negotiation strategies for new and experienced lawyers. It presents a unique definition of negotiation designed to help you become a better negotiator. It also summarizes all of Oklahoma’s ethical rules that govern how negotiations shall take place by lawyers. The course is divided into nine key stages of negotiations and discusses how best to use AI in each one of these stages. This course is based on my forty years of experience in handling high-stakes negotiations in my law practice and my previous CLE courses on negotiation.
