DEI 6.0 in the Legal Profession
This program offers an in-depth exploration of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) from its historical roots to contemporary practices and challenges. Participants will gain a thorough understanding of the evolution and fundamental principles of DEI programs, as well as strategies for addressing common pitfalls and legal obstacles. The curriculum includes practical skills for navigating current political and legal debates surrounding DEI, preparing participants to effectively respond to objections and defend the relevance of DEI 6.0 initiatives in 2024 and beyond. Through case studies and strategic analysis, participants will also acquire essential tactics to prevent or mitigate litigation risks, equipping them with the knowledge to champion successful DEI programs in their organizations.
