Attorney Daniel J. Siegel is a nationally recognized authority on ethics, technology, data protection and cybersecurity, civil litigation and workers’ compensation matters, and business workflow management, and the principal of both the Law Offices of Daniel J. Siegel, LLC and Integrated Technology Services, LLC. Dan provides techno-ethics counsel to solo, small, and mid-sized law firms on cybersecurity, technology, and other related issues. His practice includes representing attorneys in disciplinary matters; providing professional responsibility guidance to attorneys and firms; serving as appellate counsel; representing individuals in workers’ compensation and personal injury matters. In short, Dan handles the types of matters that keep attorneys awake at night. Siegel also consults with law firms and businesses on workflow management, implementation of paperless offices, and other productivity matters. He is a prolific speaker and author. He is Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Committee on Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility, Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Technology Committee, and Secretary of the American Bar Association’s Law Practice Division. The author of 15 books, Dan is also a columnist and frequent lecturer on a wide range of topics.

Pam has 27 years of experience in the legal field representing both plaintiffs and defendants. She is known for her attention to detail, her ability to anticipate an attorney’s needs, and her dedication to obtaining the best results for clients, making her an extremely valuable member of the Firm’s team. Pam first worked with Dan Siegel at his prior firm, where she assisted him in the representation of injured plaintiffs in pharmaceutical liability cases and class actions. Years later, Pam was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to join Dan at his firms in Havertown, not far from her home. Pam’s professional activities include co-authoring three books, The Ultimate Guide to Adobe Acrobat DC (1st and 2nd editions) and Checklists for Lawyers, for the American Bar Association’s Law Practice Division. She also previously served on the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Association of Paralegals, as its second vice president, and as Editor-in-chief of its newsletter. Pam received her bachelor’s degree from West Chester University where she graduated with honors. After working for five years in management, Pam decided to pursue paralegal studies at the PJA School, where she has practiced ever since.
