Templates and Forms for Justice
Description
Legal pleadings and documents are frequently fraught with terms of art and legalese making them inaccessible to pro se litigants. The use of templates and form documents with plain language instructions can increase access to the civil justice system. The panelists will discuss how they use templates and forms in their practice with pro se litigants and how technology can further this goal.
