Fact: A Preservation Trust grantor cannot be a beneficiary of her own trust. Challenge: How can a Preservation Trust grantor legitimately use and enjoy trust property? Session 5 looks at ways to make this can happen, so that the Preservation Trust grantor need not be a stranger in her own house.
