Description:  The 2020 Banking and Commercial Law Update will educate participants on new developments in these areas of law including Uniform Commercial Code Article 9, banking law updates, medical marijuana and the McGirt case, how to handle stress, consumer credit updates and CFPB updates. Instructors include a former law school professor, banking and consumer law regulators, commercial and consumer law practitioners. The Update also contains one hour of ethics credit.
