Business and Human Rights Law and Practice
This CLE will provide background on the growing field of business and human rights and address statutory and regulatory compliance and risk in the US, EU, Canada, and elsewhere, with a focus on issues such as the legal and practical consequences of forced labor in the supply chain, freedom of expression online, and AI and human rights. This CLE will offer recommendations about how lawyers can address these issues to reduce such risks across jurisdictions.
