DESCRIPTION

Electronic Filing in District Court

This is a presentation of the ongoing Electronic Filing (e-Filing) Project of the Administrative Office of the Courts, Oklahoma Supreme Court. The purpose of the presentation is to advise the audience of the current state of the e-Filing project, specifically for the start of the initial release.

 

SPEAKER: 

Frank Holdsclaw is the project manager of the e-Filing project and overall program manager for several related projects. He joined the Administrative Office of the Courts, Supreme Court of Oklahoma in 2009.  

He received his B.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Oklahoma in 1982, a Certificate in IT Project Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2000, and his J.D. from the University of Tulsa in 1999 with a certificate in Resources, Energy, and Environmental Law. He is admitted to practice in all Oklahoma state courts and the United States District Court, Eastern and Northern Districts of Oklahoma. 

Before joining the AOC, Mr. Holdsclaw practiced law for six years in Oklahoma primarily in the areas of family law, criminal law, and probate. Prior to practicing law, he was an IT project manager in the oil & gas, healthcare, and defense industries.
