Between Two Weeds - 2023 Cannabis Legislation Review
This program will provide a summary overview of the newly proposed cannabis legislation presented by the First Regular session of the 59th Oklahoma Legislature.
Oklahoma's 59th Legislature is now in its first session, and just like every other year since State Question 788 passed, the state house representatives and senators have proposed dozens of new bills pertaining to cannabis. In this video, attorney Felina Rivera provides an overview of all the new bills proposed, discusses some of the potential benefits and challenges of each measure, and explains how the bills, if passed, could affect Oklahoma's cannabis industry. A helpful written summary of the bills is also included with this CLE.
