Darrah 1 Hour Ethics Costumes Recommended Attorneys struggle with the demands of the profession and the wish for a satisfying life. Can work-life balance lead to contentment or does balance provide false hope?  Is it possible to practice law and have a reasonably normal existence?  Or are we doomed?  The story of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde provides insight.  Ultimately this program addresses this question:  Can we be the kind of people we dream of being and the lawyers we are trained to be?   SPEAKER:  Mark S. Darrah is a Tulsa attorney with decades of general civil and estate experience.  He has recently exited the retail practice of law to travel, read, write, and make music. He is the author of A Catalogue of Common People, a collection of short essays about real people, the recipient of the 2023 Earl Sneed Award for contributions to continuing legal education, and the 2018 Carl G. and Gladys L.
